Ayurvedic Lectures by Dr. Nagaradžas
In response to a significant level of interest, Dr. Nagaradžas, a specialist in Ayurvedic medicine, will be delivering lectures focused on the maintenance of the endocrine (hormonal) system and the health of the musculoskeletal system (joints and bones).
During these sessions, Dr. Nagaradžas will impart practical insights into the enhancement of health through dietary and exercise regimens, with opportunities for participants to pose questions.
The online lectures are scheduled for September 16th and 17th, commencing at 11:00 AM. Each session is anticipated to last approximately 1.5 hours.
